At PrAction we do things that help our corporate customers to boost sales.

Please contact us if you suspect the core problem exists in the insufficient sales or communication fields.

What then we do:

  • Provide sales and communication audit. It is necessary to define the root cause of the insufficiency of sales and establish cause&effect among the symptoms. We offer audit only in very specific cases.
  • Prepare the action plan. Focus on the root cause that was defined and plan input actions to make systematic changes. Strictly no work with symptoms, only with root causes.
  • Implement efficient sales management according to the funnel principle:
    • Revise all product/services focusing on the value the client provides to its customers. This project phase includes creation of new products/services, explore their value, pricing, shape the promise to the customer and make internal changes to keep that promise, positioning and preparation of particular proposals (TOC community calls them mafia offers).
    • Build sales processes. What steps in what order and terms should be done by whom to guarantee the best possible performance of the sales team. A simple IT tool is launched to manage (and evaluate) the processes effectively and keep management focus on it.
    • Segment customers. What customers (or customer groups) should we address with particular proposal or what should be done to transfer customers from ‘any’ to those who are ready to potentially accept our proposal.
    • Add new customers to the sales funnel. Any marketing actions are (and should be!) directed to add new customers the sales people could continue working with via sales processes set. Starting from this stage it is possible to launch necessary marketing actions (PR campaign, ad campaign, sales event, etc.) and evaluate its efficiency.
    • Launch effective marketing actions. We plan and implement actions to fill up the sales funnel with the potential customers to start working with them via sales processes. The actions include campaigns, sales events, permanent communication tools, etc., everything is subordinated to generate sales. We’re able to forecast the throughput generated by the actions.
