About PrAction

Founded in 2006, PrAction, UAB, is a local consulting company that enables business customers to focus on sales and perform necessary actions to dramatically increase sales and its profitability.

We help our clients to achieve much better results if the main business constraint is within sales or communication. We always expand our competence with our partners’ if the core problem exceeds sales to other business processes like production, distribution, project management or finance.

Our consulting is based on TOC thinking so we can assure our clients will:

  • get focused on the root cause that constraints the throughput. We always straightforwardly warn the client if the solution of the root cause is out of our competence or resources.
  • get the action plan on how to exploit current resources in order to increase throughput without additional costs or investments. We take responsibility for the actions so strategy and action plan we create are realistic and fully implemented. No blah blah blah strategies or doubtful actions.
  • get rid of inertia, move on process-approach instead of ‘we need better salesmen’ solution. Even the best sales staff will not boost your sales if you sell wrong products/services to wrong customers and do it in a wrong way.
  • get quick results in the bottom line.
